David Caldwell
Owner, Inventor and President of EGRS. Caldwell started working in the precious metals refining industry when he was 16 years old and living in Manhattan, New York. At the age of 23, he moved to Florida and opened the first precious metals refinery in the state which he owned and ran from 1973 until 2006 when he retired after 33 years.
Dylan Caldwell
Senior Vice-President at EGRS. Holding a master’s degree in business administration and healthcare administration, Dylan has experience in finance and strategic planning.

Steven Warbet
With over 40 years of experience in the precious metals industry, Warbet brings a unique blend of experience and familiarity of the business from the New York metropolitan area. He has worked for Heraeus (largest refinery) and Republic Metal (5th largest) and managed teams at various levels, from mid-size operations to the largest refinery in the United States.
Mitchell Lairmore
Commercialization at EGRS. Holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and M.B.A., with coursework in marketing and computer and information systems. Lairmore has extensive experience providing traditional industrial engineering support for various business units and manufacturing organizations. He specializes in cost/burden analysis, manufacturing site analysis, and financial evaluations of new product introductions.
David Mitchell
Research and Development at EGRD. David Mitchell holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry and has worked in the chemical research and development departments of major corporations. He has assisted with improving many well-known products.
Antonio Kaik
VP of Sales for South America and Mexico at EGRS. Antonio Kaik is an entrepreneur with international business administration and specialization in international commerce terms, logistics, import/export and marketing.
