• Total accountability for each gold refining lot. Refiners enter each gold refining lot into a database number using weight in ounce and % gold per your assays. The EGRS system will tell the operator what bars to put in each melt for atomization so there is consistency in the silver constant and consistency in the gold constant per lot to be processed each day. EGRS will tell the fine gold melt furnace operator how many ounces of fine gold should be recovered in each lot.
• Multi-stage systems. Each stage is in steel modular housings on 20 casters. This makes for easy shipping and customer placement after shipping. Metal catch pans are included in case of spillage. All wiring for each stage is completed before shipment and is tested. Stages being modular allows them to easily plug into each other.
• General contractor (GC) staff. We have more than two dozen engineers in the United States, 60 in France, and 20 in India. Our GC has been working with EGRS over the past two years to ensure quality of design. Our GC specializes in new industrial systems and has decades of experience building chemical equipment (including modular) for clients throughout the world including Dow Chemical. The GC handles final engineering, building, installing, training, and maintaining of the new system.  Mr. Caldwell, working with input from the GC, has already created 3D AutoCAD detailed scalable plans for a larger and smaller refining plant.
