Frequently Asked Questions

How long is delivery of a system?

Delivery takes a total of seven (7) months.

Three (3) months to acquire all the components, three (3) months to assemble and one (1) month of testing.

Will there be an operating manual?

Yes, there will be a detailed operating manual for each stage of the operation.

Will the system have a guarantee of any kind? And, for how long? What are the metals recovered? In what form are the metals recovered? Metallic, colloidal, or liquid? If not metallic, can they be made metallic? What is the purity of metals recovered?

Yes, there will be a guarantee that the system will produce .9999 sponge gold and recover both platinum group metals (i.e. platinum chloroplatinate) and base metals (i.e. copper oxychloride) as well as silver (i.e. sliver chloride.)

Our general contractor warrants any equipment covered by this proposal, to the original Buyer only, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service when properly maintained, for a time of one year from the date of site acceptance or 12 months after shipment, whichever comes first.

Defective parts must be shipped back to general contractor at end user expense. Repaired or new parts are shipped back to end user at general contractor expense. On-line (email) service is available from general contractor. End user may call the project manager, control system or electrical department anytime for comments and recommendations during and after warranty has expired.

How many technicians are required to run each of the 7 EGRS models?

There are 10 workers for EGRS 1-4 Systems (see attached labor per EGRS system per station.) For the EGRS for 0.25 system, we will be supplying an atomization unit and a dissolving reactor. This is a small-scale system in which the refiner could use their conventional filtration and precipitation equipment. The cycle times for each of these two stages is an estimated 45 minutes each.

Is a bag house or scrubber necessary?

Normally, the EPA requires a bag house to be used in any smelting operation.

The EGRS system does not create any toxic fumes but because of the chemicals that are being used, the EPA would require there be an emergency scrubber system in place. We have engineered this into our system.

Who will train the technicians?

Our general contractor and staff from EGRS will both aid in training your staff.

Will parts be available?

Yes, we will be inventorying electronic components and sensors as well as any consumables.

Can interested parties see a system in operation?

Yes, customers will be able to come to the EGRS test lab to witness the system in action.

Is the system only effective in refining gold?

If you have a specific need, please let us know and we can work out a testing agreement.

If I buy a system today, do I get a discount on the second one?

Yes, there will be a discount on the second unit.
